ESL50: The 50 Most Staffed Events in the U.S.

ESL was and is the only staffing company maintaining a list of the 50 “most staffed events in the U.S”.—the ESL50. For these 50 events we begin to pre-book staff nine months in advance so our agency clients are assured they’re literally getting the cream of the crop.

Creating the ESL50 serves two purposes. One, as an advanced reminder to agencies of which events will have the highest volume of staffing requests. And two, as a roster of events ESL will recruit staff for much earlier than others… to meet the demand of its agency clients.

For all 50 events, ESL will:
• Begin to prebook staff nine months in advance.
• Provide overviews on the events to confirmed staffers.
• Match early bookings from clients with initial BAs.
• Execute BA Immersion Training on assigned activations.
